Healthy Smoothie Recipe For Weight Loss




Approx 2 Large Carrots
1 Medium Sized Apple
1/2 Cup Celery
1 Cup Apple Juice(unsweetened) or Water
1 Squirt Honey (optional)

Blend to desired consistency and serve!


Black and Blue Smoothie


  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small apple, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
  • 2-4 cups spinach (or other greens that you prefer)
  • 8 ounces filtered water



Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  •  1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  •  1/2 cup lowfat milk
  •  1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  •  1 tablespoon honey
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend 30-45 seconds and serve.









Strawberry Lime Smoothie


  • 6 -8 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 4 ounces strawberry lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 -3 ice cubes
Blend to desired consistency and serve.

To serve in a cute way, cut a slice vertically in the strawberry about half way through the berry and place it on the rim of a mason jar or glass of your choosing





Cherry Raspberry Smoothie


  • 1/2  cup(s)  nonfat milk
  • 1  cup(s)  unsweetened cherries, frozen or fresh
  • 1  cup(s)  unsweetened raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1  cup(s)  lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4  tsp  vanilla extract
  • 1  cup(s)  ice cubes

Blend to desired consistency and serve.
