Taco Ramen Noodle Recipe



Taco Ramen Noodle Recipe


1/2 cup Chicken, canned
1/2 cup Frozen Corn 
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 (15 ounce) Organic Tomatoes
1 package Ramen noodles ( I prefer beef or shrimp or Chili Shrimp)
2 tbsp hot & spicy taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Water

Directions

In a large pot, bring water to boil and add the tomatoes, half the seasoning from the ramen noodles, and the ramen noodles themselves. Cook the noodles until they are soft to  your liking and remove them from the heat and pour them into your serving dishes.

Next, sprinkle the rest of the seasoning packet on top of the can of chicken and then place half of the canned chicken on top of the ramen.

Now heat your frozen corn in a small bowl in the microwave and pour your heated corn on top of the ramen.

Top with your desired amount of cheese and cilantro, if you are like me then that means loads of cheese AND cilantro!
