We all know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to get up off the couch and go to the gym some days. Personally, I find the more I think about it, the more I build it up in my head and then I don't want to go. But then I remind myself what the goal is that I am moving toward and all I do what I can to push away the justification in my head for not wanting to go get it done! And on days that I just cant make it to the gym I find that its great to have little routines like this one to follow and target different areas of my body throughout the week. So grab your FAVORITE PREWORKOUT DRINK and roll out your Yoga Mat because its times for a quick at home workout!

This is a great exercise focusing mostly on cardio and core strength. It may not seem like jumping jacks will effect your core and abs but you will be surprised after planking how much you realize that your abs are also part of jumping jacks. I like to follow up all my exercises with some sort of protein powder drink most days.
