1. 60 Squats
2. 50 Situps
3. 30 Pushups
4. 40 Lunges
5. 20 Burpees

Repeat this three times if you can. You probably wont be able to jump right into it and do it three times unless you are already in pretty good shape. But don't you worry, you will be surprised at how quickly you can force your body to withstand this routine and you will start to see results. Not only do these exercises build and maintain muscles they are also aerobic activities. This routine is designed to get your heart pumping and get calories burning.
